Farmhouse and land

The property in question, located in the countryside of Ostuni, consists of a single body of about 215 hectares.
From the top of the highest level one can admire the coastline from the marina of Monopoli to the marina of Ostuni.

The masseria, of great historical value, is divided into mainly centuries-old olive groves, bushy pastures and woodland, and covers an area of about 40 hectares; the bushy pasture area, represented by typical Mediterranean vegetation, covers an area of about 100 hectares; the area of high-trunk woodland, consisting of pine groves and oak trees, covers an area of about 60 hectares.

The buildings are divided into three units: the first consists of the manor house with annexed stables and warehouses for agricultural activities covering approximately 1000sqm.
The manor house dating back to the year 1700 is in excellent condition and has a surface area of approximately 300sqm.
The remaining area consists of stables and also warehouses in good condition.

The second unit consists of a rupestrian church from the year 1000 set among the rocks and woods of the farm, in good condition.

Near the entrance to the farm, there is a sheepfold dating back to the year 1600 in a good state of preservation of approximately 150 square metres currently used as a barn.

Within the property, there are also karst phenomena of considerable size, which are visited by speleologists from various associations, who claim that within these “caves” extending for several kilometres are stalactites and stalagmites, unique and timeless wonders of the area.

The dominating masseria due to its position and unmistakable sea view makes the property a jewel for a few amateurs and for those who wish to create a charming residence or a luxury hotel business.

There is also a large cistern for collecting water dating back to the year 1600.
