DESIGN – ELEGANT VILLA WITH POOL
Description
The project
A villa with a minimalist and modern character but built with local materials such as stone, tuff and lime, all this makes this Villa a perfect example of integration between ancient and contemporary.
The facades play a lot on the white and ocher colors of the materials used, giving a sense of well-being and everything is surrounded by walls and vegetation that guarantee privacy.
The spaces
To access the house, the east side was chosen. Entering you are immediately in front of a spacious and bright lounge with a fireplace in the middle and completely devoid of partition walls that give continuity to the living area. In this room we notice the presence of large windows that guarantee both excellent natural lighting and a panoramic view of the coastline.
The sleeping area, divided from the living area by two hallways, consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which with comfortable bathroom en-suite.
From the living area, going out on the veranda, through a path between terracing and fragrant plants of the Mediterranean, we can reach the pool, surrounded by a characteristic plantation of olive groves.
