The villa is situated in the Apulian countryside, which is characterised by olive groves and open fields. It is situated on a hill that overlooks the sea, with the sea view extending beyond the horizon. The villa appears as a wonderful surprise when one arrives at the location. The interiors are characterised by elegant lines, white walls reflecting sunlight, and large sliding windows that allow the occupants to admire the surrounding landscape. The interior design is of the highest quality, with exceptional attention to detail.
The property offers a suave immersion in the wonder of the senses. Here, time is suspended, and every minute becomes precious.

The entrance leads to a room with a lounge dedicated to relaxation and a wooden kitchen that overlooks the terrace with a swimming pool and a view of the sea. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary amenities and has a large central table, with a French window that overlooks the house’s alfresco area. 

All 4 bedrooms are with private bathrooms, as well as a private courtyard, an outdoor shower and large windows that provide access to the outdoor spaces. Outside, a large shaded terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and a large table is available for guests to enjoy their outdoor dinners.

A magnificent outdoor staircase ascends to a terrace, an ideal vantage point from which to appreciate the sun setting over the sea with your glass of wine.

The property provides also Jacuzzi features.

LEASE TERMS (Short lease per Decree Law 50/2017)

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance to be paid within 60 days of the arrival date.
A minimum stay of seven nights is required during the high season, which extends from July to August.

Upon arrival, guests are required to sign a contract containing house rules.

As with all our homes, a deposit of € 2,000 is required one week before arrival. The deposit will be returned within seven days of the tenant’s departure. In the event of damage or loss to the property, the deposit will be reduced accordingly. The deposit may be paid by bank transfer.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m

A mere five minutes from the villa, the crystal-clear waters of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto beckon visitors to bask in the sun. In less than 30 minutes, one can visit ancient villages rich in history and culture, sample restaurants offering typical local cuisine, and visit renowned tourist attractions in the Itria Valley. Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello and its trulli, or the renowned ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
