Contemporary geometries define this sun-drenched villa for rent in Italy, resplendent in the classic Apulian landscape against a backdrop of twisted olive trees.

Serene and simple, its sophistication lies in the neutral color palette of sand and white and the bright windows overlooking the house’s landscaped flower beds and bright, verdant exterior.
The infinity pool contrasts with the vibrant white of the villa’s exterior walls, while inside the house is a more muted modern affair, still angular and modern, but with understated and stylized furnishings, warm wood furniture, and a natural, dusty color palette in sand and velvety browns.

The villa is completely fenced off and accessed via an automatic gate. The outdoor spaces are characterised by a beautiful infinity pool with a solarium area and a large furnished veranda, where you can enjoy delicious apéritifs or typical Apulian dinners with family or friends, or relax in the company of a good book after a regenerating swim.

An ancient olive grove surrounds the property, creating a juxtaposition of old and new.

Inside, the atmosphere is understated and serene, with concrete floors, minimalist furnishings, and no-frills decor. The four double bedrooms all open outward to the garden and pool. The contemporary eat-in kitchen and dining room open onto an outdoor dining area.

The panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the villa’s vast garden and the picturesque countryside of north Salento.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay of 7 nights.

The signature of the contract and the house rules are required at the entrance of the house.

As with all our houses, a security deposit of € 1,000 is required one week before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
