Description

Enjoy panoramic views and spectacular sunsets by the pool. Nestled in the unspoiled nature of the enchanting Valle d’Itria in Puglia and close to the authentic city of Ostuni lies Casa Boccadoro, an original house that has been restored to its former glory with a contemporary twist. 

The entire property has three bodies. The main house consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (bed 160X200 with pool view), and a bathroom. The Lamia has a room with its own private bathroom. Finally, the Trullo has a bedroom and a bathroom completely independent and for a unique and authentic experience.
Outside there is a large shaded patio located behind the living area of the house, set up with a large dining table and a living area, a worktop with sink and a large brick barbecue, a swimming pool (10X4M, depth 2,20M), and an outdoor shower with hot water.
For a quiet moment, you can use the terrace with a panoramic view and enjoy a heavenly sunset. In addition, the Trullo has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for your outdoor summer dinners.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and blackout curtains for the rooms. The location has a Wi-Fi connection, alarm system, Smeg appliances (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine), bed linen and towels, Nespresso machine, Smeg juicer, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, Bose stereo system, and private parking. 

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Booking confirmation payment of 50% of the total amount; final payment to be received within a maximum of 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season (July and August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house. 

• Check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm 
• Check-out before 10:00 am
• Pets not allowed

A refundable security deposit of €800.00 is to be held prior to arrival via PayPal and to be refunded upon inspection within 7 days after the departure (in absence of damages).

In less than 30 minutes you will visit the ancient villages rich in history and culture, typical local cuisine restaurants, and renowned tourist attractions of the Valle d’Itria: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello, and its Trulli, or the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
