Casa110 is Apulia’s answer to the perfect luxury retreat. An exclusive contemporary villa with a sophisticated design by architect Luca Zanaroli and built by the Apulia Exclusive Houses construction company. Casa110 stems from the idea of creating a luxury home that conforms to the surrounding environment while preserving its beauty; in fact, the villa was built and set among the majestic thousand-year-old olive trees of the land owned almost in symbiosis.

The owners wanted to bring refinement and comfort to their modern and contemporary country villa, made purely from local and natural materials. Their particular attention to detail was a key point in the creation of the exclusive Casa110.

Access to Casa110 is through an automatic gate, crossing the illuminated path of olive trees, arriving at the parking area with pergola. From the walkway in slabs of Cursi, the main entrance that separates the sleeping area from the living area is illuminated. The bright living room is characterised by large sliding glass doors opening onto the swimming pool area in front of the majestic olive tree set on the terrace; inside there is an elegant fireplace, a TV station and a large comfortable sofa. A little further on, the ultra-modern kitchen is made of pure wood and fully equipped. The large sliding door leads to the outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a natural marble table by the pool.

Venture inside to discover sleek contemporary design and an abundance of style, promising the perfect Apulian base for even the most discerning traveller. Along the main corridor of the property, you will find the three bedrooms, each combined with a private bathroom. Of the bedrooms, two are doubles and one is a twin, while your comfort is further ensured by the addition of another guest bathroom. All the rooms have a wonderful view of the garden with its thousand-year-old olive trees. The rooms have independent access to the private terraces and gardens surrounding the house.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

Booking confirmation payment 50% of the total amount; final payment to be received within a maximum of 60 days before arrival.
Minimum stay 7 nights in high season (July and August).

On arrival, you will be asked to sign a contract containing the rules of the house.

As with all our houses, a security deposit of € 2,000 is required one week before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
