Terms and Conditions
The properties of Apulia Exclusive Houses (AEH) are private housing units and not hotels. The architecture and furnishings are based on the local style, often revisited by the personal tastes of the individual owners. These are country houses, which put people in tune with their natural surroundings, are fully equipped and in some cases supplied with linens. Any eventual ancillary service can be requested from our team and will be provided by a third party and paid directly by the guest on site.
1) HOW CAN I BOOK?
Visit our website www.apuliahouses.com and browse our exclusive collection of luxury villas in Puglia. You can contact us at vacanze@apuliahouses.com for any requests, our agents will respond as soon as possible.
2) IS IT NECESSARY TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the practice will be required, valid as a deposit. Once you have paid the deposit you will be sent a Travel Document with a summary of services booked.
The balance will be paid 30 days before the arrival at the villa.
3) WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED?
The accepted mode of payment is by bank transfer or credit card.
4) WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE BALANCE IS PAID?
After the balance has been paid, you will be sent our guest book with all the information about the villa you have booked, terms and conditions and regulations that must be accepted and validated by the person who made the booking.
Please check carefully all documents received and notify us immediately if you find any inaccuracies or errors in order to make the change immediately because later it may not be possible to do so.
It is very important to respect the terms of the different payments.
The contract between AEH and the customer comes into effect upon receipt of the deposit.
Any disputes will be held in Italy.
5) WHAT HAPPENS AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN?
Once on site, at the time of check in, a refundable security deposit will be required to cover any damages that AEH reserves the right to pre-authorize. The amount of this deposit varies depending on the home chosen, and will be communicated to you upon confirmation.
6) HOW IS THE REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT?
Refunds of the deposit will be made within 7 days of the client’s departure date, unless they are used to pay for damage to the property or furnishings, or for any other costs that AEH incurs due to the client. In the event that the amount of damage exceeds the deposit paid, the client will be asked to supplement the missing amount.
7) IS THERE A CITY TAX TO PAY?
When confirming your reservation, you will be informed of any tourist tax applied by the municipality in which the house chosen for your vacation is located. This amount will be paid at the arrival of the customer, with cash payment.
8) WHAT ARE THE TIMES OF ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES?
Guests are required to respect the following times:
CHECK IN: Check in must take place between 17.00 and 20.00 (unless otherwise agreed in the confirmation). At the time of check in guests must present the voucher sent to them following the balance and pay the amount of the deposit.
CHECK OUT: Check out must take place between 8.00 and 10.00 am, after inspection of the house of the staff in charge by AEH.
Times different from those indicated above may require the payment of an additional fee.
CLEANING
Accommodations are delivered clean and tidy. On departure, the Tourist must wash the dishes used and dispose of the garbage; otherwise, the person in charge or the owner will be authorized to deduct sums from the deposit.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
AEH as owner and person in charge of the treatment in accordance with art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/201, declares to retain the personal data of customers, provided at the time of booking, solely for the purpose of managing the stay booked. In no case, these data can be transferred to third parties.
