WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY STAY?

• 50% Confirmation Deposit
  When confirming your reservation you will be asked to pay 50% of your reservation. This amount, once paid, is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• 50% balance
  Less than 60 days before arrival, you will be required to pay 50% of the balance of your reservation. This amount, once paid, will not be refunded for any cancellations.

HOW CAN I PROTECT MYSELF FROM LOSING THE AMOUNT PAID IN CASE OF CANCELLATION?

Apulia Exclusive Houses strongly advises its clients to take out an insurance policy to protect themselves from losing the amount paid in the event of cancellation.
