With three thoughtfully designed bedrooms—one with a private en-suite and two sharing a stylishly appointed bathroom—the home is as inviting as it is functional. The airy living and dining areas are bathed in natural light, offering breathtaking views that extend seamlessly to the outdoors. Here, shaded seating and elegant tables provide the perfect setting for alfresco dining under the Mediterranean sun.

The Enchantment of the Trulli

Just steps away from the main house lies the property’s crown jewel: a beautifully restored cluster of trulli. These iconic Puglian structures, with their unique conical roofs, exude a charm that feels both timeless and intimate.

Inside, a romantic bedroom with an en-suite bath, a quaint kitchenette, and a cozy living area with a sofa bed invite guests to experience a stay that’s equal parts cozy and refined—a space where tradition meets understated luxury.

RENTAL CONDITIONS (short lease pursuant to Decree Law 50/2017)

To confirm the reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The final payment of 50% must be received at least 60 days before arrival.

Minimum stay of 5 nights, except in high season.

The signature of the contract and the house rules are required at the entrance of the house.

As with all our houses, a security deposit of € 2,000 is required one week before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after the departure. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Between the Valle d’Itria and Northern Salento, Ostuni is the ideal vacation destination for those who want to discover Puglia. Just 5 minutes from the Villa, the crystal clear water of the rocky coves of the Adriatic coast and the WWF nature reserve of Torre Guaceto invite you to lie in the sun. In less than 30 minutes you can visit the ancient villages rich in history and culture, the restaurants serving typical local cuisine and the famous tourist attractions of the Valle d’Itria: Cisternino, Locorotondo, Alberobello and its trulli, or the famous ports of Polignano a Mare and Monopoli.
